Sunroom Studios collects certain information from and about its users four ways: using Google Analytics, directly from our Web Server logs, the User, and with Cookies.

1. Google Analytics

Sunroom Studios uses features of Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not store any visitor specific data and we will not use visitor specific data in any way related to Google Analytics. We use this information to better understand our users and do not at this time use any targeted advertising. Statistics such as IP Address, pages visited, demographics, location and other basic user information is reported for us to better make informed decisions about how to make our site more relevant and easy to navigate for our users. 2. Web Server Logs

USE OF WEB BEACONS OR GIF FILES

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
